We take grading very seriously
we take coin grading seriously. While we do not have a certified grading system, we adhere closely to the NGC Coin Grading Scale, which utilizes the internationally accepted Sheldon grading scale of 1 to 70.
The SHELDON Grading System
Want to check the offical grading system?
we prioritize precision in coin grading, guided by the esteemed Sheldon grading system. This internationally recognized scale, ranging from 1 to 70, was first introduced in the late 1940s in the United States. Although we do not have a certified grading system, we rely on the Sheldon scale as a foundation for our grading practices. Our commitment to accuracy means that we meticulously evaluate coins based on this industry-standard scale, ensuring consistency and reliability in our assessments. By adhering closely to the principles of the Sheldon grading system, we strive to provide our customers with trustworthy and informed evaluations of coin quality.
Numeric Grades
Our commitment to diligence means that we strive to providing our customers with confidence in the quality and authenticity of their purchases.
As the numeric grade increases, a coin’s condition is considered to be better. Some numbers are skipped below the grade of 60, which is the threshold for a coin to be considered Uncirculated.
